  12. I am a beginner at C programming and am having trouble writing a program 
  13. that will give the day of the week for a specific date for years 0-2000 
  14. and in addition will tell me which of those years were leap years. I know 
  15. somewhere there must be an algoritm involved but i don't know what or 
  16. where to find it.please help.
